Terms and Conditions for Activities and Handout Promotions

Signing up for an activity means you accept the following conditions:

I hereby confirm to cancel at least 48 hours before the start of the event by sending an email to actie@derxl.nl. I acknowledge that an untimely cancellation results in a fee of 50% of the costs incurred per participant. I will transfer this fee to NL27 RABO 0170 0781 08 in name of ‘de RXL’ in Diemen. I acknowledge that my application for other activities will be denied until the outstanding amount is paid in full.

I agree that when I sign up for a handout promotion I am responsible for picking up the reserved item within the indicated timeframe. If I am somehow impeded I will contact the relevant committee at least 24 hours beforehand to make other arrangements. If the committee has not been contacted I forfeit my reservation for the item.
